Mentoring A Homeless Youth
Mentoring a Homeless Youth is program for volunteers to mentor youth resides in homeless shelters in southeastern Michigan.
The program also serves other Wayne counties, Toledo, OH and Lucas county. Youths residing in the homeless shelter sector often at times becomes sadden, depressed and feel a lack of security because they no longer have a place of their own in which they could call home.
Our Mentoring program will connect homeless youths with volunteers who are willing to take these youths out and spend a day with them whether it is at the library, local park, an amusement park, a restaurant and some other fun filled entertainment that allow they youth to feel good about themselves for that day and feel a sense of hope.
The program is open to any volunteer that is willing to donate their time to help the underprivileged youths residing in homeless shelters in southeastern Michigan, other Wayne counties, Northern Toledo, OH and Lucas county.
